In order to achieve, you must have experience based knowledge. ReEngineer Profit, LLC provides the experience and knowledge in a set course of Executive Management Training. Each course will show you how to implement the principles and mathematics of profit in your business.
Because you will be doing the work of reengineering, you will develop a profitable company that will last for generations. Your goal will be to implement proven

principles into your business so that profit is a natural result of running your business.
Each course will consist of lectures and hands on work using your own business information. The courses will be specific to your company's circumstances. You will be assisted in applying the profit principles and mathematics to your business circumstances. Not all businesses are the same. Much of the course is hands-on workshops where you will do the actual work of reengineering your company.

Financial Control Workshop I and the Direct Cost Workshop II to develop a Profit Culture™. This workshop will allow you to set profit driven incentives that allow your employees to be paid consistent with your market place economic reality. This workshop applies to all employees except executive management and sales and marketing. Sales commission structures will be set in the Marketing and Sales Machine Workshop. Executive management incentives will be covered as a function of profit sharing.
- Executive manager responsible for profit of the company.
- Chief Operating Officer (the person responsible for delivering product or services that generate revenue).
- Creation of an incentive program that is a function of the employee's everyday work product.
- Establishing a direct connection between and among (a) the price per product the marketplace will pay; (b) the profit of the company; and (c) the pay of each employee.
- Establish a method to keep the company in financial balance and allow the employees to benefit directly from the success of the company in the marketplace.
